This Round pin reads "Doll and Pin" "Collector 2004" and has a drawing of the Marie Osmond Bellhop doll. This was one of two pins that came with the purchase of the Tower of Terror Bellhop doll (35410).

The backstamp says

 

Pin is approximately 1.5" in diameter.

 

Doll also comes with 35412 and 54026.
