This pin is a replica of the $.37 cent stamp released in 2004 by the United States Postal Service (USPS). This is Simba & his father, Mufasa from The Lion King. Young Simba is on Mufasa's head. Mufasa is looking up at Simba. The pin is rectangular in shape with an orange border. There is an inner border of white. Upper left corner says "37 USA." bottom reads "Friendship."
