This pin (Mickey Mouse ear, head, icon shaped) was given to VIPs at the Disneyland Hotel during the 30th anniversary (1985) to identify them as VIPs to other hotel employees.
The text on the pin reads, “Disneyland Hotel® 30 YEARS”.
