Mickey Mouse looks like he's dancing, eyes closed, on this round pin. It was released as a Cast Member pin to celebrating the joining together of The DS (TDS) and Disney Direct Marketing (DDM) (Thanks to rj1980.)
Mickey, standing forward, holds the pointer finger of his left hand out to the right, with his right hand in a fist. His left leg is out to the left, crossing his right leg. The outer ring is a smooth gold, with the inside of the circle textured.
The front reads "TDS-DDM All-Star Team Member 2002."
