It's a Disney Auctions exclusive in a limited edition of 100 jumbo pins. The background is blue with Mickey waving his hand at the stars and moon forming an arch in the top right corner.
The bottom of the pin reads "Fantasia" and flanking the movie title are two of the fairies from the Nutcracker Suite segment.
