Cruella DeVille of 101 Dalmatians fame is from the seven-pin "Mickey's Nightmare" boxed set (#32557) released during the 2004 "A Villainous Voyage Pin Cruise" event through Disney Cruise Lines.

 

Cruella, facing forward from the waist up, wears a black gown and huge yellow fur; she has a hideous smile on her face.

 

The Martha Widener-designed pin measures 1 3/4 (4.4 cm) by 1 7/8" (4.8 cm); on the reverse of the pin is the Mickey head pin trading logo, the Disney Cruise Line logo, "A VILLAINOUS VOYAGE 2004," "Limited Edition of 300," © DISNEY MADE IN CHINA.
