This is a DLR Cast Member exclusive pin released to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of Disneyland. It features golden Mickey Ears with a blue circle with "50" in the blue circle done in gold color. There is a banner below the ears which reads: Disneyland Resort.

 

Disney China on the back. It is not marked as such but it was only sold to cast members.

 

A matching Cast Exclusive lanyard was also released (36192). Set is 36194.
