Front Description
The Skyway is one of 67 pins released as a series in 1998 (before pin trading had officially started) to commemorate some of Disneyland's favorite attractions - both present to that time and from the past.
The pin features two of the old-style "bucket" cabins in red and in blue (the newer versions were square cabins with bench seats). The monorail track is seen below. SKYWAY is in yellow at the top; the Disneyland logo is at the bottom of this free-shaped pin in blues.
NOTE ON SERIES PINS - At the same time as this series of pins were released, the Disneyland Gallery released four Limited Edition framed art/pin pieces for the different Tomorrowland's: 1955-1961, 1961-1966, 1966-1998 and 1998. There was a lithograph of the rides on the left, and on the right were the pins with attractions from that time period. Both the framed sets and the pins were individually-numbered.
