This pin featuring Winnie the Pooh and Piglet inside of what appears to be a train car/box was given as a gift to cast members in celebration of the grand opening of DS #204 in Sannomiya Clefy on October 8, 2004. This pin was given to the opening team of the store. It was made in very limited quantities.

 

There is a ring on either end with a small clip on one side to attach the pin to something. The back is marked with the Sannomiya Clefy #204 name, the date, and NOT FOR SALE, signifying its status as a gift.
