Cast Blast is like a Cast Member Convention held at the Disneyland Hotel. Different venders/suppliers from places such as Merchandising, Transportation, Red Cross, Post Office, Partners FCU, Travel Co., Chevron, DSs, Cast Clubs, etc. have booths to let CM's know what is available to them by working at Disney. Cast Blast was not held in 2004.
