Front Description
This pin is of Kermit the Frog. He is seated (on the ground?) with right hand on his left ankle. His left knee is bent and his left elbow is resting on it. He has his chin in his left hand. The pin is 1 3/4" x 1 1/2". On the back it says "Limited Edition 1000"

It was given out to employees at the Disney Studios in Burbank who voted for the Spring Basket Contest. The Basket contest was part of a St. Patrick's Day Lunchtime Event.
