This pin features Dewey one of Donald Duck's nephews. He is usually dressed in Blue. This pin was one of the only pins sold at EuroDisney. (c) Disney - EuroDisney on the back.

 

An updated version in the US parks is done very similar but where originally there was a white space on their ball caps, now you will find it done in black.
