This is a later 1990s Florida Jaycees pin. The pin is rectangle and features young Simba, Pumba and Timon (with a platter of bugs) from the Lion King. Bottom reads "Florida Jaycees" in text that looks as if it was written by hand. This pin was authorized by Disney for Jaycess fundraising purposes. Often Disney Artists were used.
