This is the 1990s Florida Jaycees pin featuring Ariel from the Little Mermaid. The pin has Ariel sitting on a rock with her tail dipping in the water. It appears that she is singing and her hand is up. This pin was exclusive to Jaycees delegates and made with Disney permission, typically with Disney artists.
