Silver and white namebadge with the 15th Anniversary logo (Epcot globe and the Cinderella's Castle silhouettes) from Walt Disney World.

 

The pin back plastic badge is about 2-1/2" tall x 3" wide, is individually numbered on a sticker on the back. It allowed admission to the Magic Kingdom, EPCOT Center, River Country, Discovery Island, and the Official 15th Birthday Press Party events from October 2nd-5th, 1986.
