Disney Casting Center Job Fest 2005 Happiest Celebration on Earth New Hire Cast Member pin. This was only given to new hired cast members only on 3 days of the Job Fest 2005 held at the Disney Casting Center May 12, 13, & 14th 2005. The pin was made specifically for the event to give to the new hires. Only about 500 of the pins were released during the event. Features Tinker Bell flying above the castle with the words "Job Fest 2005" and then on a blue banner the words "Happiest Celebration on Earth." Back of pin is stamped with the 2005 pin trading logo. Pin was a surprise release to cast members that got hourly jobs at the event. You could not buy this pin and the only way to get it was to be hired during that 3 day Job Fest.
This gold-finished, textured-back pin measures 1 5/8" tall by 1 5/16" wide. It is backstamped with the 2005 pin trading logo and, "(c)DISNEY-CHINA".
