Front Description

This nametag looks like all of the other ovals with a bump on the top. Inside that extra area on top is the D Sports stylized logo (a D on a multi colored circle). This name tag is unique to Wide World of Sports and the Sports and Rec. Department. The "D" is just like the "D" on the "D Sports" store logo.
