The Mad Hatter, from Alice in Wonderland, is standing and pointing to his wristwatch, which says 4:00, traditional tea time. He is looking up towards the second smaller pin (his dream) which is blue and shows tea pouring from a tea pot into a tea cup, overflowing and splashing out.
Both pins have the Disney Auctions hologram on the back.
