This pin is the Walt Disney World Walt Legacy Pin of the Month for July. Walt Disney left a lasting legacy in film, television and Disney Theme Parks around the world. This collection of pins celebrates his legacy and the many happy memories he created for people everywhere. A new pin will be released each month.
Walt Disney is standing in front of a sketch of Disneyland Park in this Limited Edition pin. Tinker Bell is flying overhead while Mickey Mouse is standing next to Sleeping Beauty's Castle. Tinker Bell and Mickey are pins-on-pin. This pin celebrates the creation of Disneyland Park and its grand opening on July 17, 1955. This pin was designed by Artist Lin Shih from Disney Design Group.
This is pin 7 of 12. The pin comes on a black and white pin trading card featuring an image of Walt Disney.
NOTE: a few members reported that their pin has "1995" rather than "1955" stamped on the back.
