This pin is only given to Cast Members who are nominated for the Emporium Spirit Award. It is a small circular white and blue pin with a Mickey Head and is very rare! As of now (2/8/01) there are less than 30 circulating. This award is given twice a year to about 8 cast members on Main Street West in the Magic Kingdom in WDW.

The pin was first given to all of the cast members working in the Emporium who were nominated for the Partners in Excellence Award in 1999, therefore, the pin was released in 1999. The nominating process for the award began after the first group of individuals received the pin. As of 2001, not many, if any, of these pins were being awarded anymore.
Random fact: the blue border and Mickey mouse head are actually done in the color Emporium Blue.
