I was told that this pin is a Executive Marketing pin. The pin has a white background with the 2000 logo with Walt Disney World along the bottom. There is gold trim on the edges, on the back is stamped Disney (C)
It has also been said that this was given as a VIP type pin similar to the stylized Mickey head in a gold square from DL that is given to VIP guests at the DL resorts etc as a way for CM's to easily identify these guests and in some cases allowing access to certain parts of the resort buildings etc. This pin was seen at the MVMCP in December 2000 at WDW on the night that the Orlando Chamber of Commerce was there. These folks were given lanyards with about 5 pins on them to trade. I have also heard that this was a Marketing Executive pin too.
