This is the Limited Edition pin from the set of 3 Parade of Dreams pins issued on June 12, 2005. Mrs. Potts stands on a serving cart looking up at Chip standing on her top. Underneath the pin reads "Disneyland Resort 2005 Parade of Dreams." Behind this is a plate that spins. Note that the card it comes on does not indicate it is a limited edition and the other two pins that accompany this release, #39405 and #39406, are open stock.
