This is the Artist Proof version of pin 37450. AP is stamped on the back. This limited edition pin shows Mickey holding a Disney Bear and is pin-on-pin. A blonde doll in a pink dress is next to Mickey. Yellow and orange flowers are part of the background. A blue banner on the bottom reads "Teddy Bear and Doll Weekend 2005". This event was held at the World Showplace at Epcot.
