This pin features Mickey holding the Eiffel Tower. It comes from France. It is similar to pin #3118 but the colors are different. Of the 2 variations, one is domed the other is not.
It is safe to say this is an "unofficial" pin on sale in Paris and on the train from Paris to DLRP, for "charity". The seller gets on at a station en route, they walk along the carriage placing the pin and a note on an empty seat nearby with a price usually of 4 euros. They come back to pick up the pins or the cash and get off at the next stop.
