The back of the pin has the 50th and Pin Trading logos and reads "Five Decades of Disney Dining -- Annual Passholder Exclusive -- (C) Disney -- China" The back of the box has the same as the pin, but adds "Special Edition 10,000"
The inside cover of the box reads:
Golden Horseshoe
On July 17, 1955, the Golden Horseshoe swung open its doors and presented the "biggest, bestest, rootin'-tootinest, knee-slappinest show in the West" -- the Golden Horseshoe Revue!
Guests of the Frontierland saloon could enjoy a creamy Root Beer float while howling with laughter at the ol' time shenanigans, keeping time with the foot-stompin' music, and cheering for the high-kickin' can-can dancers. Walt Disney enjoyed the show hundreds of times, often from his favorite box right next to the stage. The corny jokes and toe-tapping songs made him laugh and applaud as if every visit was his first.
When the show finally came to a close on October 12, 1986, it was listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the longest-running stage production in history after presenting more than 50,000 performances.
