Totally Minnie was tv special aired in 1988. It was also a whole series of events from Disney in 1986 (when they released a Tottally Minnie soundtrack) through 1989 or there abouts. Based on Minnie's attire, and the Walt Disney Productions Copyright, one would wager that these were produced early on (somewhere in 1986).
