Stroll with us down a country lane that leads to a fragrant orange groves, far from the glitter and bustle of 50s Hollywood, that will soon undergo a remarkable transformation. Join us for a fabulous, joyous celebration during the Celebrating 50 Years of Magical Memories Event on July 15-17, 2005 at the Disneyland® Resort.
This Limited Edition Jumbo Spinner pin features Sleeping Beauty Castle as it typically appears. On the other side of the spinner, the Castle is adorned in its 50th Anniversary finery. Suspended in a gilt frame that sets into a gilded wood base, this pin can be beautifully displayed anywhere that needs a touch of Disney magic. The pin measures approximately 6" tall on its base. Tinker Bell is pin-on-pin in the upper right corner. Red banner/ribbon on the bottom reads "1955 Disneyland ® Resort 2005" in gold letters (also pin-on-pin).
The ornate gold frame contains scenes from Disneyland in each corner: Tinker Bell sprinkles pixie dust on the Matterhorn and a Tommowland Monorail; Main Street U.S.A. with a horse-drawn carriage; the mountains of Frontierland with the Mark Twain Riverboat; a Temple with an Adventureland Jungle Cruise boat; and Fantasyland is represented by Sleeping Beauty's Castle in the center. The Jumbo Pin attaches to the base with 2 pinposts; a 3rd pinpost is at the top of the pin.
