This is a Black & White Plane Crazy Mickey pin which is part of a framed pin set of Mickey's most famous film roles (#9189).
The backstamp is "© Disney, Limited Edition ____/3000 (the real pins are individually numbered up to 3000).
Mickey Mouse is black and white, facing slightly left; he has his hands up and is jumping for joy. He is wide-eyed and very animated. The pin looks similar to (#36525).
Note: Disney glued this pin and the other pins of the framed set to the matting. The glue is very difficult to remove by hand, so it is likely you'll find glue and matting stuck to the back.
