This is part of cast member set 30706. The set was from the early 90s advertising some of the newest Disney interests.
A square, green pin with Mickey Mouse on the left hanging from something with an alligator (crocodile?) in the lower right ready to eat him if he falls. The pin resembles a comic strip panel especially with the blue "Chomp!" written just above the gator/croc.
