As far as known yet this is a pin from the DLRP security department. It is used by CM taking care of VIP guests in the resort. Further information welcome. 3-dimensional pin color gold with blue cloisonne letters on it. Mickey ears and earful tower in the center logo and the inscription; "Disneyland Resort Paris Dpt. Surete V.I.P."
