Geppetto is dancing and playing the accordion, the Blue Fairy is holding her wand, Jiminy is floating down on his umbrella, and Pinocchio has his arms thrown wide. Only the background behind the figures has a mosaic effect.

 

The Silent & Live Auction Programme confirms that only three pre-production pins were auctioned off (the above mentioned three), therefore where this pin originates from remains a mystery, as this design was never formally released.
