Stephanie Quel's winning entry for a Cast Member pin features a unique design. Images of the four park icons progress from left to right, in order of the Theme Park's opening, across the crown of a Mickey ear hat. The pin also incorporates the overall theme of each park's mission statement - Fantasy, Discovery, Showbiz and Adventure. The pin also uses the acronym "CAST" - Create, Appreciate, Share, Together. Togther, Cast Members "Create Fantasy," "Appreciate Discovery," "Share Showbiz" and "Adventure Together."
