This is a veriation of pin # 3357. It is exactly the same in every except for the two stars at the top of the pin are blue rather than blue with yellow centers in the original version.

 

This pin was released at the beginning of the Millennium Celebration to Cast Member's at MGM Studios. It comes on a black & gray card, that says "Bravo, Bravo, for bringing SHOW BUSINESS to our guests everyday". 'Director' Mickey has his left hand raised, megaphone under right arm, red beret, and jacket standing atop "On With the Show". The Disney - MGM-Studios logo is on the bottom of the pin.
