From the 2 pin set #34130 this is the Barrel and Elf in a Stocking pin only. Barrel, from the Nightmare Before Christmas, is holding a piece of mistletoe over the girl elf's head in an (vain?) attempt to get a kiss. The stocking is red and white striped with a teal cuff, heel and toe patches. The elf is dressed in red.
