Front Description
Pin is a gold color Mickey Mouse head with a black background. The Letter Q is overlayed on the large circle of Mickey's head in gold color.
This pin was presented to Buena Vista Home Entertainment employees after completion of a Quality Improvement seminar in 2002. Although I do not know the quantity produced their are about 700 employees at BVHE. This may have been used by other business units.
