Front Description
Lumiere is one of 7 pins sold to Cast Members in a set at Disneyland's Company D in 1991 to commemorate the opening of the movie, "Beauty and the Beast."
Lumiere, facing right, has his arms raised, all three candles lit. His mouth is open slightly as if he were singing. Behind him is a dark blue gold-outlined circle for background (it is behind the top 2/3 of Lumiere).
The pin measures 1 1/8" (2.9 cm) tall and 3/4" (2 cm) wide; it has a backstamped with © DISNEY, TAIWAN.
Set #35127, Chip #13146, Beast #27053, Mrs Potts #27054, Cogsworth #27055, Belle #35128, Gaston #35129, Lumiere #40678
Note: There is a pin (#10604) which looks almost identical, but there are a few minor differences: The wick on the left side extends further down on (#10604). And at Lumiere's base, there are two small rings over one large ring connecting the base to the body of the stick on the Cast pin, whereas (#10604) only has one small ring over one large ring. Subtle differences but enough to show these are different pins.
