Front Description
Dopey dwarf is one of 10 pins found in a framed woodland set (#3359) featuring Snow White, the Seven Dwarfs, and the infamous poisoned apple. It was released at Walt Disney World.
Dopey faces forward as he dances; the pose reminds me of the scene where Dopey "gets down" during The Silly Song. Both of his arms are extended to the right and it looks like he's snapping his fingers; his tongue hangs from his open mouth.
He wears a moss green outfit, gray shoes and a purple hat.
The pin measures 1 1/4" (3.1 cm) wide by 1 13/16" (4.6 cm) tall. Although the set frame's back clearly states, "LIMITED EDITION OF 500," the back of this and all the pins in this set simply have the markings, © DISNEY, MADE IN CHINA. The word Disney is in Walt's Signature. There is a double post in the back.
