Urayasu is the city in Japan where Tokyo Disneyland is located. (Shi means city in Japanese.) This pin was given as a memento or souvenir to those citizens of Urayasu who turned 20 years old in 2003. In Japan you become recognized as a legal adult at the age of 20, just like in the West at the age of 21.
