Inspired by Toy Story 2, Buzz Lightyear's evil nemesis Emperor Zurg is featured in this Open Edition pin. He is riding in a vehicle from Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters. Two of the mechanical arms are pins-on-pin and one features the logo for this Hong Kong Disneyland Attraction. Similar in design to WDW's Space Ranger Spin PinPics #27469, only difference is the pin on pin logo.
