This is the Disneyland version of Pin 16485.
This button was available to graduating high school students who had their grad Nite at DLR in 1991. This purple button has Mickey in a blue cap and gown on the front holding a diploma.
(#24795) is similar, but that pin says "Class of '91" instead of "Grad Nite '91."
