Front Description

The Fab Five - Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy, Donald Duck and Pluto - are together to celebrate the Grand Opening of Hong Kong Disneyland! This Open Edition pin features the gang dressed up for the celebration in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle. The pin says "Grand Opening 2005," and Mickey Mouse is a pin-on-pin.

 

As of Sept. 2008: There are bootlegs of this pin circulating on WDW cast member lanyards. The bootleg is missing the Mickey pin-on-pin and is just solid white paint between Minnie and Pluto on the pin.

 

The bootleg is of silver metal and very thick and heavy. Its backstamp has an Official Pin Trading Logo for 2006, a Hong Kong Disneyland backstamp, and copyright Disney.
