It is a rare exclusive Cast Member pin which is only given to Cast Members authorized to make "V.I.P. Guided Tours" at Disneyland Resort Paris. Small square golden framed black pin. In the middle in golden color is Sleeping Beauty Castle beside a Water Tower with Mickey ears and sparkling stars. On the back is written in french "Tour Guide" and of course Disneyland Resort Paris.
