Mr. Toad stands in the center of a green circle with yellow border. He is leaning on a white pillar and is dressed in a red coat, orange waistcoat with watchchain, purple pants and a blue bow tie. There is a brown book with a pink bookmark under his right arm, and a monocle in his right eye. Below him is written "J. Thaddeus Toad" in gold letters. Two black trains with dark blue night sky backgrounds spin around the circle: one locomotive has Toad dressed as his mother, the other has 8 police chasing Mr. Toad.
