In order to get this pin, one must work for Walt Disney World Travel company (DRC), complete LOGI Training and book air fare for a guest. Earning this pin is called "getting your wings". Very small portion of CM's who work in DRC ever become logi trained and since this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
