Mickey Mouse is the ringmaster of the circus in this pin, one of three pins in a special commemorative tin set (#38424) released during the 2005 Happiest Pin Celebration on Earth event.

Mickey, facing slightly right and turned right, is drawn in the classic white-faced and pie-eyed manner. He wears his traditional red shorts, but also has a blue ringmaster's coat. In his right hand, he holds a long gold lion-tamer's whip; his left hand is raised over his head, waving a black with blue highlights top hat. He is smiling and has his mouth open, pink tongue showing.

The pin measures 1 1/8" (2.9 cm) wide and 1 1/2" (3.7 cm) tall.
