Front Description
This is the newest pin being given to CM based on 3 excellent shops. The shops are reviews on how a cast member performs on stage and if they are observed 3 times in a row with excellent shops they will be awarded this pin. This is the 3rd version of this pin. There is also the purple ring, red ring, and also a new silver (like this one except the background is all silver).
I am unsure if they were going for a gold appearence but it is more like a new penny color than gold. It is stamped on the back with the disney copyright logo.
