Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and Goofy are working hard to impress the boss. This Limited Edition pin celebrates Boss's Day 2005. This holiday is celebrated every October 16. This pin was designed by Disney Design Group Artist Linda Flynn. The characters stand on a rolled up piece of paper which is probably plans or a blueprint. "Disneyland Resort" is in the lower right corner. Large blue text reads "Boss's Day" with screws in the "B" and the "D". Donald wears an orange hard hat and hammers a nail into the "B" with the wrong end of the hammer. Goofy's hat is green and he has a level resting on the top of the word "Boss's". Mickey's hat is yellow and he uses a drill on the letter "D".
