Mickey Mouse in a blue suit with yellow spots. On a yellow lanyard featuring the words Hong Kong and with a plastic card holder. Possibly a cast lanyard, this was obtained in 2004 from a DS in central Hong Kong. On reverse are words "Disney Made In China"
