This mini pin is from set 7011. It features Chip wearing a birthday hat and carrying a lit candle.
It is an error pin because Chip has a red nose. On the back of the pin is the Disney logo stamp.
[2008 comment: Chip is one of three pins in a three-pin set (#7011) sold exlusively at the Japan Disney Store. Chip, facing left, holds a pink, lit birthday candle in his hands. His right leg is raised and he wears a yellow party hat with blue stars and pink top. His nose is red, which is an error as his nose is supposed to be brown. The pin measures 5/8" (17 mm) wide by 1" (25 mm) tall. The backstamp is, "© Disney, MADE IN CHINA."]
