Boss's Day is celebrated every October 16. The pin was designed by Disney Design Group Artist Bret Melvin. Round red background. Bob holds a wrapped present/package in a blue box with red bow. His boss has a broken arm in a sling and a collar around his neck. He sits in a black chair.
